INTRAMURALS 2024 REFLECTION

     The recent intramural at City College of Davao was a great event that showed how science, technology, and society can work together. During the games, I saw many examples of teamwork. Players worked together to score goals, catch balls, and win races. They share ideas and help each other to find new discoveries. I also saw innovation in the games. Some players used new strategies or techniques to outsmart their opponents. Innovation was also applied to the event of Mr. and Ms. Intramurals and Drag Queen 2024.

       As one of the participant of Ms. Intramurals I can say that innovation was applied in using our creative jeans, since we used our resources to create something amazing, same as to the drag queens they used recyclable materials and turn in into an amazing outfits that made them comfortable to wear and gave them the confidence to show themselves. Technology played a big role in organizing and enhancing the intramural event. Social media was used to spread information about the upcoming event, and online posting about the candidates of the Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2024. During the games, cameras and microphones were used to capture the action and share it with a wider audience, as well as to the awarding part.  

       The broader societal impacts of this event help to build a sense of community among students. They also promote physical and mental health by encouraging people to be active and participate in every activities. By using technology to organize and promote these events, we can reach more people and create a more inclusive community.
